摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transfer properties and tact-up of an optical disk substrate molding cycle. ;SOLUTION: An insulating layer 7 is formed in a stamper 1 for molding an optical disk substrate. The layer 7 is formed along the transfer surface 11 for molding the optical disk substrate in a part other than the transfer surface 11. When a molten resin is injected into the cavity of a mold with the use of the layer 7, by the insulating function of the layer 7, after the packing of the molten resin, even when a mold of a lower temperature than that of a conventional mold is used, by the increase of the temperature of the resin contacting the stamper, enough transfer properties can be obtained. Accordingly, the good transfer properties can be maintained by a higher transfer temperature, and the tact-up of an optical disk substrate molding cycle can be attempted by a lower mold temperature.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
