PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to safe driving by having many functions rather than a single function of blade wiping and improving wiping efficiency by expanding a view angle with no partial wipe and eliminating a partial overlap wipe in using two blades. SOLUTION: A blade set 2 attached to left and right elevating devices 4 moves up and down to wipe rain and snow on a window glass 1 at one stroke and prevents an overlap wipe. The blade set has functions of not only wiping rain and snow by a side of the window glass but also discharging rain to left and right sides and receiving rain and snow by a side not contact with the window glass.
