PURPOSE: A washing apparatus for indoor and outdoor wide glass windows of an apartment is provided to reduce the size and the weight for efficient use, to reduce the use of water, and to apply the washing apparatus to the washing of vehicles. CONSTITUTION: In a washing apparatus for indoor and outdoor wide glass windows of an apartment, a rubber plate(3) is attached to a head body(1) and sponge(2) is cut by utilizing electric heat. The sponge is inserted in the head body while the sponge is pressed. Porous sponges are attached to the upper and lower sides of vehicle washing head. A soft support structure is attached between the sponges. Particle intervals of one of the sponges are small to entertain moisture and the particle intervals of the other are relatively large.
