PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the attitude control of a spacecraft. SOLUTION: The step movement of at least one attachment is regulated so as to cancel the disturbance applied to the body of the spacecraft 10. The timing of the attachment step is phase regulated so as to substantially mutually cancel periodic disturbance or so as to reduce the magnitude of disturbance, and the rotating disturbance of a solar array is also cancelled. A predictable disturbance torque is cancelled before the disturbance torque causes an error to improve the attitude control performance of the spacecraft 10. The disturbance torque acting on the body is predicted by a controller 15 for moving at least one attachment, and the feedforward torque necessary for the controller 15 to cancel the disturbance torque is calculated to include the feedforward torque in the calculation of the whole control torque applied to the body.
