PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the habitability and comfortableness of residents of a multiple dwelling house by supplying the hot spring to residents of the multiple dwelling house at the minimum cost. ;SOLUTION: A multiple dwelling house 12 is provided with a water reservoir 20. Water of the mineral spring is carried, and supplied to the water reservoir 20 through a water supply port 2002 so as to be stored in the water reservoir 20. The water of the mineral spring stored in the water reservoir 20 is warmed through a pump, a pressure tank, a hot water storage tank, a boiler, and a circulating pump, and thereafter, the warmed water is supplied to bathroom equipment of each dwelling unit 16. Or, the water of the mineral spring stored in the water storage tank 20 can be supplied to the bathroom equipment of each dwelling unit 16 without warming it through the pump, the pressure tank 62, a pipeline, and a motor pump.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
