PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house unit capable of validly using the space of a living room.;SOLUTION: A first dwelling unit 10 includes a first living room block 12 of a single layer structure formed in an almost rectangular parallelepiped shape and a fist core block 11 of a two-layer structure formed in an almost rectangular parallelepiped shape. A second dwelling unit 20 includes a second living room block 22 of a single layer structure formed in an almost rectangular parallelepiped shape and a second core block 21 of a two-layer structure formed in an almost rectangular parallelepiped shape. The first core block 11 and the second core block 21 are arranged side by side along the direction of a frontage. The first living room block 12 is arranged in a first layer, and the second living room block 22 is arranged in a second layer at the upper part of the first living room block 12.
