PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throating member excellent in workability and waterproofness, and an over-window and under-window waterproof structure using the throating member. ;SOLUTION: This throating member 6 comprises an inclined part 61 inclining downward in an outdoor direction, a downward extending part 63 extending downward from the outdoor side end part of the inclined part 61, and an upward extending part 62 extending upward from the indoor side end part of the inclined part 61. A sticky watertight material 65 and a compressible foam body 68 without stickiness, thicker than the watertight member are adjacently attached to the outdoor face of the upward extending part 62.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
