PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a cut-off material by arranging a water expansive cut-off material sticking adhesive layer and an impervious protective material sticking adhesive layer in a molded product for civil engineering construction and fixing a water expansive cut-off material and a water shielding protective material to the adhesive layers respectively. ;SOLUTION: For example, in a joint part 1 for a shield segment, a water expansive cut-off material sticking adhesive layer 4 and an impervious protective material sticking adhesive layer 5 are formed. A water expansive cut-off material 2 made of a water expansive polyurethane resin or the like is stuck to the water expansive water stopping material sticking adhesive layer 4. In addition, a protective material 3 made of a plastic film/sheet with a thickness of 0.5-500 μm is stuck to the water shielding protective material sticking adhesive layer 5. The water expansive cut-off material 2 generates a compressive stress because it absorbs water and swells in contact with water after construction of the segment, and consequently, cut-off effect is exhibited.
