PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the 'provision of teaching material' (to provide teaching materials to meet respective students from the plural teaching materials) which can dynamically deal with the levels of the progression condition and mastery degrees of education for the respective students. ;SOLUTION: An education result data receiver 22 receives education result data at the timing which is the delimiter under education progression at terminals 10 for the respective students. An education result evaluation device 23 compares the education result data of the terminals 10 for the respective students and the standard answer data in a standard answer data storage device 25 and evaluates the progression condition and mastery degrees of the education to the respective students. A teaching material difficulty degree setting device 24 sets the degree of difficulty of the teaching materials to be next sent to the terminal 10 for the respective students according to the evaluation results.
