PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new phthalocyanine derivative compound capable of easily forming a stable self-organized film, to provide a method for producing the same compound and to provide a self-organized film.;SOLUTION: This phthalocyanine derivative compound features being represented by the general formula, wherein n is 2 to 18; R is a 2-18C linear or branched alkyl group; and M is two hydrogen atoms, a bivalent metal atom, a trivalent metal atom having a substituent or a tetravalent metal atom having a substituent.
