Study on Alternating LB Films of Charge-Transfer Complex of Octadecyl-TCNQ and Copper Phthalocyanine Derivative

摘要

Infrared spectra of alternating LB films of octadecyl-TCNQ/CuPc are studied. Charge-transfercomplexes are formed in LB films and conductance increases about three orders than that of pure CuPcLB films.
