SOLUTION: When filling out the blanks of a delivery application 40, the coordinate data of described contents are acquired by a coordinate input means 32, immediately made into text data by an image expanding part 33, a position information acquiring part 34, a text converting part 35 and a relating part 36 and expanded on a delivery voucher format, which is read from a format storage means 27, by a text expanding part 38 on the basis of position information and the delivery demand voucher file of the text data is prepared by a file preparing means 39.
