PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supercooler of high supercooling degree for a dynamic ice making system by supercooled water of an ice storage type cooler, which solves the problems of the prior art and can remarkably raise the ice making rate and the energy utilizing efficiency of the entire ice making system, by tremendously lowering the water temperature in the supercooler and thus permitting the temperature at the exit of the supercooler to reach a high supercooling degree.;SOLUTION: The supercooler of high supercooling degree for the dynamic ice making system by supercooled water of an ice storage type cooler, consists of a metal outer tube and a metal inner tube which is inserted into the outer tube along its longitudinal direction. An entrance of refrigerant and an exit of refrigerant communicating with the inside of the outer tube are provided in the vicinities of both sealed end portions of the outer tube and the inner tube, respectively, while both ends of the inner tube are provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, respectively. The inner tube is provided on the surface of the inner wall with a medium layer which exerts low minimum antifreezing temperature, and thus the minimum antifreezing temperature of the inner wall surface can be tremendously lowered.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
