SPRAYING DEVICE MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR TUNNEL EXCAVATOR AND TUNNEL SPRAYING METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute spraying with high accuracy only by controlling the independent movement of a spraying device without being affected by the advance of a tunnel excavator even with the spraying device integrally mounted on a connecting device of the tunnel excavator.;SOLUTION: The tunnel excavator 2 is used for excavating a tunnel by advancing a front barrel 2A having a cutter head 32 with a rear barrel 2C fixed, and equipped with a connecting device 11 connected with a trailing carriage 5 at the back of the excavator and integrally moved with the front barrel 2A. A traveling base body 14 supporting the spraying device 1 is mounted on the connecting device 11 at a rear position of the tunnel excavator 2 movable in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel. The traveling base body 14 and the rear barrel 2C fixed and supported in excavating the tunnel are connected to each other by means of a cylinder for controlling the movement.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
