PURPOSE: To facilitate the fabricating and disjointing of a scaffold by connecting a locking member and a receiver set up at an interval up and down with a connecting bolt, while forming a horizontal member insertional part in this receiver, and installing each buffer between an upper end of the connecting bolt and the locking member as well as between a lower end of the connecting bolt and the receiver. ;CONSTITUTION: Both upper and lower ends of a bolt 4 are inserted into each of through holes 13 and 16 so as to make an upper flange piece 64 of a connecting bolt 4 cane into contact with a lower surface of a connecting bolt support plate 12 of a locking member 2 and the lower flange piece 65 with an upper surface of a bolt receiving plate 15 of a receiver 3, respectively. Next, at an upper part of the support plate 12, two washers 25, 25' are inserted into an upper end of the bolt 4, interposing a ring buffer 27 between these washers 25 and 25', and a nut 26 is screwed in a thread part 24. On the other hand, at a lower part of the support plate 15, the washers 25, 25' are inserted into a lower end of the bolt 4, interposing the buffer 27 between these washers 25 and 25', and another nut 26' is screwed in a thread part 24'.
