PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved solid electrolyte fuel cell, a water vapor electrolysis cell, a sealing material for an electrochemical cell such as an electrochemical cell for an oxygen generation equipment, a manifold for supplying/ exhausting air for the electrochemical cell using a specified material, a material for an oxygen side electrode in a solid electrolyte oxygen generation equipment for generating oxygen from oxygen containing mixed gas, and a solid electrolyte film having a preferable shape. SOLUTION: A mixture of yttria stabilized zirconia and magnesia is used for a sealing material, and a granular diameter of the mixture is adjusted. Then, spherical powders of silica are added to the sealing material. A castable fire-proof material formed of alumina or the mixture of yttria stabilized zirconia and magnesia is used for a manifold. Perovskite oxide is used for one of the materials of an oxygen side electrode in a solid electrolyte oxygen generation equipment for generating oxygen from oxygen containing mixed gas.
