PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide more excellent materials for: solid electrolyte type fuel cell and a steam electrolysis cell; seal material used for the electrochemical cell, such as an oxygen generator; a manifold for supplying and discharging gas for the electrochemical cell using a specific material; and material for an electrode on the oxygen side and shape of a solid electrolyte membrane in a solid electrolyte type oxygen generator for generating oxygen from oxygen containing mixed gas. PSOLUTION: Mixture of yttria stabilized zirconia and magnesia is used as the seal material. Further, the particle diameter is adjusted. Spherical powder of silica is added to such a seal material. Castable refractory consisting of alumina, or yttria stabilized zirconia and magnesia is used for a manifold. A size Perovskite-based oxide is used as one material for an electrode on the oxygen side in a solid electrolyte type oxygen generator for generating oxygen from oxygen containing mixed gas.
