PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot dip aluminized electroseamed steel pipe excellent in the high temperature oxidizing resistance bearable to use in the high temperature zone of ≥600°C by controlling the base material components for hot dip aluminized steel sheet and applying thermal-spraying of Al base metal onto bead-cut part of the outer surface when the electroseamed steel pipe is produced. ;SOLUTION: When the electroseamed steel pipe is produced by using the hot dip aluminized steel sheet as base stock made of a steel sheet having composition composed by wt.% of ≤0.01% C, 0.01-0.30% Ti and Ti/C ≥10, and if necessary, 0.03-1.0% Si, 0.05-2.5% Mn and further, 0.01-0.30% total of one or more kinds among Nb, Mo, V, W and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, as the base material, the hot dip aluminized electro seamed steel pipe improving the high temperature oxidizing resistance at the welding bead-cut part by continuously applying the thermal-spraying of the Al-base metal onto this bead-cut part succeeded from the bead-cut of the outer surface after electroseaming welding.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
