PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a therapeutic drug having effect for improving and treating the symptom of dysmenorrhea or endometriosis. SOLUTION: This therapeutic drug is obtained by including an extract which is extracted from the bark of a pine in the France seashore and contains a proanthocyanidin as an active ingredient. The drug is provided in a form of soft capsule, tablet, powder or solution. The soft capsule is obtained preferably by mixing the pine bark extract, a vehicle and an emulsifying agent in a weight ratio of 1:13:2 and used as a therapeutic drug against endometriosis.
