PURPOSE: To obtain an oil-in-water radiation-curable resin emulsion composition capable of forming a cured film provided with functional characteristics. ;CONSTITUTION: The composition contains as the essential constituents a resin having at least one ethylenically unsaturated group in the molecule, a hydrophilic resin component having at least one ethylenically unsaturated group and at least one ammonium sulfonate group in the molecule, and a filler having various functional characteristics.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
