PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a natural purification force effectively by allowing water to permeate to the ground through the side surface of a water collecting tank.;SOLUTION: This water duct 3 comprises an outer board 32 projected outward and a sheathing board 33 having a bottom part connected to the bottom part of the outer board and having a top part disposed at a position lower than the top part of the outer board 32 and on the inside of the outer board 32. A number of small diameter water holes 321 are provided at the bottom part of the outer board 32, and a distance between the outer board 32 and the sheathing board 33 is smaller at a sheathing board bottom part than at a sheathing board top part.
