PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the yield of the subject system by avoiding the discharge of useless dust so as to discharge only a high water content dust efficiently to the outside of a system on starting up or stopping the system when the drying of the dust by a dryer becomes insufficient.;SOLUTION: This device for discharging a high water content dust to the out of its system installed in a RDF(recycled dust fuel) production system equipped with a dryer 1 for drying the raw material dust before compression forming, is equipped with a water content meter 2 for measuring the water content discharged from the dryer 1, a dumper 3 for exchanging the passage of the dust after measuring the water content as in the system and out of the system, and a program sequencer 4 for controlling the dumper 3 for switching the passage of the dust from as in the system when the water content measurement data outputted from the water content meter is lower than a set value, to as out of the system when the water content is higher than the set value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
