PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with transformed characters required by a user, by increasing the range of a transformation processing on the basis of existing font information. SOLUTION: This character font processing device is provided with a fundamental character image generating part 10, which inputs information concerning a character font being the object of transformation and generates a fundamental character image, a transformation processing which specifies a part 13 specifying a designation number (inversion thresholds) and a transformation processing frequency to the fundamental character image generated in the part 10 and a transformation processing part 17, which selects one pixel on a random basis from respective pixels, constituting the fundamental character image generated in the part 10 and performs a transformation processing which inverts a color by the transformation processing frequency, when the noticing pixels are white or black pixels and pixels equal to or larger than the designation number (inversion thresholds) among roughly 8 pixels existing at surrounding of the noticing pixels are pixel of colors different from those of the noticing pixels and an image output part 21 outputting transformed character images subjected to the transformation processing in the part 17.
