PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspecting apparatus for thermionic elements which can easily maintain the temperature of the heating side of the thermionic element to a predetermined temperature without requiring a power source of a large capacity.;SOLUTION: The apparatus for testing power conduction of the thermionic elements includes a thermostatic bath 10 in which a plurality of thermionic elements X are stored, connecting lines A and B for connecting the plurality of thermionic elements A to be conductive while dividing the elements into a plurality of groups, a power source 20 for thermionic elements which supplies a current to the plurality of thermionic elements X, hot plates 11a, 11b, 11c and 11d for heating the heating side of the plurality of thermionic elements X, a temperature controller 40 for controlling the temperature of the heating side of the plurality of thermionic elements X to the predetermined temperature, a voltage/current meter 30 for measuring electric characteristics of the plurality of thermionic elements X, and a Ch. selector 50 for sequentially changing over for every group of the plurality of the thermionic elements X connected to be conductive to supply power from the power source 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
