PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively produce a display board having protruded decoration parts the relatively small number of which are used and to provide the display board in which characters, diagrams, etc., constituting the decoration parts can be recognized to be colored appropriately in a three-dimensional embossed state, and the discrimination power is not deteriorated semipermanently.;SOLUTION: Recessed parts corresponding to desired characters, diagrams, etc., are formed on the surface of a substrate, the substrate is enclosed by a frame plate, a casting resin is supplied on the enclosed substrate to manufacture a male mold in which the recessed parts corresponding to the characters and the diagrams are formed, the male mold is mounted on a frame base, a silicone resin is introduced to manufacture a female mold in which recessed parts corresponding to the characters and the diagrams, and a given amount of a coating resin solution is supplied into the female mold to coat at least the entire recessed parts. Subsequently, a polycarbonate resin plate having a given thickness the surface of which is coated with an adhesive is pushed into the female mold and removed from the mold after the passage of a given time, and the protruded decoration parts such as the characters and the diagrams are formed on the surface of the plate. Coloring by silk printing is applied on the board back side of places corresponding to the decoration parts such as the characters and the diagrams.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
