PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a play medium lending device, with which lending can be received from an inter-stand ball lending machine disabled in the entry of password information within the range of a lendable ball number stored in a managing computer corresponding to a member's card.;SOLUTION: This device is composed of a card information reading part 42 for reading card information stored on a member's card 2, an input part 45 for inputting the password information for collating the user of the member's card 2 and lending request number information for receiving lending of a play medium and a card issuing part 44 for issuing a lending card 3, on which a lendable medium number is stored, and the lending card 3 is issued from the card issuing part 44 by outputting the card information, the password information and the lending request number information and inputting an issuing instruction signal instructing the issue of the lending card 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
