Start with the effects of private lending on small and medium enterprises'(SMEs) financial decisions, this thesis discusses the positive and negative effects on SMEs' financing and investment decisions respectively, and performs an analysis on the problems of private lending. From the point of view of standardizing private lending, this thesis puts forward related recommendations, including building risk warning to guide private capital actively, Speed up the legislation and policy to establish a standard of private lending regulatory regime, and avoiding “short-term loans for long use”, etc. With these measures, SMEs can expand positive effects of private lending on them, make better financial decisions, guard against financial risk, and develop healthily and actively.
