PURPOSE: To provide an external agent stimulating the biosynthesis of melamine to change the color of hair or skin into natural black color. ;CONSTITUTION: A melamine production-stimulating agent contains ferulic acid or its ester typified by the ferulic acid or γ-oryzanol.
