PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room charge and time retrieving system in a Japanese- style or Western-style hotel by a guest's operation which allows a guest to utilize a room without anxiety by enabling the guest to know at a desired time a room charge to be paid and a room usable time during which the guests is permitted to stay in the room within a time and an estimate which he/she is permitted to use, when he/she utilizes the room of Japanese-style or Western- style hotel. ;SOLUTION: In the room charge and time retrieving system in a Japanese- style or Western-style hotel by a guest's operation, which is provided with a terminal operation machine having a display, a room charge is output- displayed by inputting a room utilizing time desired by the quest and a room utilizing (utilizable) time is output-displayed by inputting a room charge (estimate) desired by the guest.
