PURPOSE:To facilitate calculating processing and entry into a register at a reception desk, by connecting a computer, programmed for various calculating processing, in parallel to a device which records the in-use states of guest rooms, and installing them at the reception desk, etc. CONSTITUTION:On the back surface of a guest-room display board 2 provided on the front surface of key boxes 1 provided at a reception desk, switch parts 4 are provided corresponding to respective guest rooms. On the front surface of the display board 2, hanging mechanisms or storing mechanism 6 for keys 5 of the respective guest rooms which operate the switch parts 4 are provided. Further, a power board for each guest room, an automatic recorder which records the in- use state of each guest room, an electronic computer for integrating processing, etc., are connected to each switch part 4.
