PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the stress relief working device capable of realizing stress relief for a head for a hard disk with high production efficiency. ;SOLUTION: This device is provided with the galvano optical system 15 having the scanning function oscillating laser beams from a YAG pulse laser oscillator 11 in the uniaxial direction and the mask 16 in which plural work patterns having the same shape are arrayed and formed in the uniaxial direction. Plural heads 18 are arrayed in the uniaxial direction so as to correspond to the above described plural work patterns on a stage 17 and also they are arrayed so that the array becomes plural columns. The heads 18 are worked so as to have such a curvature that the head side surface becomes a projecting part by successively irradiating plural respective heads which are arrayed in the uniaxial direction on the stage 17 through respective work patterns of the mask 16 by the galvano optical system 15 with the laser beams from the laser osciliator 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
