The valve has a working piston (4), pre-stressed by a compression spring (26), which is, on one hand, loaded by the primary pressure, and on the other hand, loaded by the secondary pressure. The compression spring cooperates with a valve seat in such a manner that a primary pressure side is brought in a passage position with a secondary pressure side in flow connection which is interrupted in a locking position. The compression spring is supported at a supporting body whose position is adjustable in an adjusting direction by a servo unit, to change the pre-loading of the compression spring.
