PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a peeling type soundproof material and peeling type vibration damping material which may be easily peeled from a sound producing body or vibrating body and may be separated and recovered.;SOLUTION: The peeling type soundproof material which is disposed at the circumference of the sound producing body and lessens the noise generated from this sound producing body is provided. This peeling type soundproof material has a soundproof material and an adhesive layer. This adhesive layer is disposed on the surface of the soundproof material. The adhesive layer is formed of a tacky adhesive or adhesive containing an expandable material and when the adhesive layer is heat treated, the adhesion force of the adhesive layer is degraded by the expansion of the thermal expandable material. The peeling type soundproof material degraded in the adhesion force of the adhesive layer by the heat treatment may be easily peeled from the sound producing body, by which the separation and recovery of the soundproof material are made possible.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
