PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key lever of a stringed instrument which is capable of preventing the occurrence of the deflection of a lever body in operation of the key lever, a keyboard having this key lever, the stringed instrument having this keyboard and a method for molding the key lever. SOLUTION: The key lever 20 has the lever body 21 for holding down a string 5 of the stringed instrument (Taisho lyre) 1. The lever body 21 is provided with a rib 26. The rib 26 extends in a longitudinal direction of the lever body 21. The lever body 21 is formed of a metallic plate material and the rib 26 is formed by press forming at the lever body 21.
