PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underlayer cushioning material for film waterproofing works, by which there is no bulging phenomenon and which has excellent workability, and a waterproofing construction method using the underlay cushioning material. ;SOLUTION: The underlay cushioning material for film waterproofing works is composed of a laminate, in which at least a long nonwoven-fabric layer A, a synthetic-resin film layer B and a nonwoven fabric layer C are unified, and the laminate has a plurality of holes communicating all layers, and the percentage of voids of the nonwoven fabric C in the peripheries of the holes is less than 90% and the percentage of voids of the nonwoven fabric layer C other than the peripheries of the holes is 90-98%, and the waterproofing construction method uses the underlay cushioning material as an underlay material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
