PURPOSE:To prevent any blistering from occurring by forming a three-layer structural laminated body unified with a long-fiber nonwoven fabric layer, a synthetic resin film layer and a nonwoven fabric layer, and setting the nonwoven fabric layer down to a deaerating layer. CONSTITUTION:A lining buffer 4, consisting of a three-layer structure with a long-fiber nonwoven fabric layer I of about 10-100g/m2, a synthetic resin film layer II of about 10-300mu and a nonwoven fabric layer III of about 50-3000g/m2. Then the nonwoven fabric layer III is set down to a deaerating layer at a film waterproofing layer, through which it is confounded by means of a needle punch or fluid confounding method. In addition, the synthetic resin film layer II is set down to a water-barrier layer and the long-fiber nonwoven fabric layer I and the nonwoven fabric layer III are firmly joined together. With this constitution, a complete compound waterproofing layer is thus securable.
