PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which conducts the centralized management of social and economical information in between a plurality of supply enterprises and receiving enterprises using a server on a computer network, and, in the flow of information about physical distribution, business flow and information flow, conveys information, depending on its necessity, to the supply enterprises and receiving enterprises using the server so that they can use the information.;SOLUTION: A computer network server 4 is provided for a supply enterprise 1 and a receiving enterprise 2, the standardization 5 of transaction data and transaction procedures between the both enterprises is performed by the server, and the standardization of transaction information, the centralization of common business, the sharing of physical distributions are performed by the server 4, so that, on the basis of the standardized transaction information, the centralized management and usage of the physical distribution 8, information flow 10 and business flow 11 are performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
