PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restoration limited building capable of collectively repairing a damage in an earthquake and smoothly executing general duties in other zones during the repairing by forming a plurality of zones within the building and preliminarily setting the damage by earthquake stepwise in conformation to the magnitude of earthquake and the degree of importance of each zone. ;SOLUTION: In this restoration limited building, a non-damage zone 1, a semi-damage zone 2, and a damage zone 3 are formed within the building, and each zone is constituted as a zone different in damage level to earthquake, whereby the damage zone after earthquake is set stepwise. According to this, the damage in an earthquake is concentrated to a specified zone in conformation to the magnitude of earthquake and the degree of importance of each zone. Therefore, when the building is damaged by an earthquake, the damaged zone in the building is repaired, while general duties can be smoothly executed in other non-damaged zone even during the repairing of the building.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
