REDUCTION METHOD FOR DIOXINS IN REFUSE GASIFYING/MELTING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce dioxins in a refuse gasifying/melting apparatus. SOLUTION: A dust collector 26 is disposed between a waste heat boiler 14 and an air preheater 16, and exhaust gas containing fly ash from the waste heat boiler 14 is introduced into the dust collector 26 to separate the fly ash in the exhaust gas. Thereafter, the exhaust gas from the dust collector 26 is introduced into the air preheater 16 to recover latent heat of exhaust gas and remove adhesion and deposition of the fly ash in the air preheater 16, whereby production of dioxins is suppressed.
