PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain new ice creams having a relishable ice creamlike smooth and creamy texture without a soybeanlike smell in taste and flavor at all by including a soybean milk and potatoes as main ingredients. ;SOLUTION: The ice creams are obtained by including a soybean milk and at least one kind of potatoes (preferably a sweet potato) as main ingredients. The ice creams preferably have a composition of 10-21 pts.wt. of the soybean milk, 5-12.5 pts.wt. of the potatoes and 50-70 pts.wt. of a sweetener (preferably an oligosaccharide) when the whole solid content of the ice creams based on the dry weight is 100 pts.wt.
