PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical application method of patent utility model, an investment method for a venture enterprise, and a trading method of a company or a party for mediating investment.;SOLUTION: Although there are many innovative inventions, many of these cannot be practiced by an individual or a company because development cost is too high, among inventions of patent utility models or the like. In order to obtain a new investment method for practicing, investors are gathered for investing money for the company. By using the invested money, a new company is established, or investment of the money is performed to an existing professional company or party which can practice the invention of a patent utility model or the like. The new company or an existing special-purpose company or party buys a part or the whole of the right to the invention of the patent utility model, or obtains employment permission, makes practical applications of the invention, sells the practiced object, and obtains profits.
