PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ideally backfill a tunnel of deformed cross section other than circular shape. ;SOLUTION: This sealing device 30 has a cylindrical body 31 of peripheral cross-sectional shape corresponding to the existing tunnel of deformed cross section. Sealing members 35 are provided coaxially and annularly around the outer periphery of the cylindrical body 31. A through-hole 32b is formed axially piercing the cylindrical body 31, and a connecting part 34 connectable to an inner cylinder 5 is formed at the end part of the through hole 32b.
