PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labor managing method and a labor management supporting device for improving productivity as the ratio of sales and working hours in the place of work such as a shop mainly with part-timers as employees. ;SOLUTION: A productivity evaluating part 38 of the labor management supporting device has a result productivity calculating part 44, a standard productivity setting part 45 and a productivity comparison data generating part 46. The result productivity calculating part 44 calculates result productivity by sales from result working hours (total working hours) and the result of sales. The standard productivity setting part 45 sets the productivity by sales as standard productivity on the basis of the result in the past.
