PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labor time management device capable of appropriately managing labor time of each user by setting determination criteria of operation start and operation end of the labor time management device in addition to the start and close of an application.;SOLUTION: A labor time management device (100) includes: operation means (101) capable of being operated by a user; determination means (1021) for determining start and end of operation of the labor time management device; and recording means (103) for recording the operation start time and the operation end time of the labor time management device. The determination means determines that the operation of the labor time management device has started when a signal based on the operation of the operation means by the user is received within a predetermined period or when a signal based on the start of a session of the labor time management device is received.
