SOLUTION: La2O3, SrCO3, Ga2O3, Fe2O3 are mixed at a preset stoichiometric ratio, the mixture is calcined at 1000 deg.C in an atmospheric air for six hours and the obtained calcination is crushed, and then sufficiently mixed again and fired at 1500 deg.C in an atmospheric air for six hours. The sintered body is processed with polishing to a preset size to obtain an oxygen transmissive film. The oxygen transmissive film can transmit oxygen from a higher side to a lower side of oxygen concentration and have a oxygen transmission amount of 89mol/cm2.min.
