PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selling method and a selling system by which a purchaser-side can secure a risk hedge with respect to a new product and a manufacture or sales company-side receives the sales promotion and the sales profit of the new product based on trust in a company and can possess effect for using fund obtained as one taste of development fund. ;SOLUTION: In the sales of a self-company product, a commodity obtained by packaging the self-company product and stock is sold. The risk hedge of a purchaser is reduced, the sales of the commodity is facilitated and the fund accommodation of a seller-side is assisted. To put it concretely, the purchaser- side decides one or plural commodity courses obtained by packaging the self- company stock with development product, commodity and system. The right of commodity and stock, which are designated at the time of realizing a contract, is transferred to the purchaser.
