PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce tasteful conversation atmosphere enhancing the convenience of music-listening by allowing listeners to make conversation via a microphone.earphone while two or more listeners enjoy background music or the like via a transmission line. ;SOLUTION: A voice signal from a microphone 3 on one listener is mixed with a reproduced music tone signal with a signal mixer circuit 2DD in one transmission circuit LD and the resultant music tone.voice signal is supplied to an earphone 5 mounted on other listeners. The other listeners listen to a voice on a music tone background. The reproduced music tone signal is produced by a music reproduction device 1 such as a mini-disk prepared in common for all listeners or a plurality of music tone reproduction devices 1, 7 prepared for each listener.
