PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring speech communication system for multiple dwelling housing which can easily provide a weather sensor such as a rain sensor and also prevents the entire system from suffering from a drastic increase in costs. ;SOLUTION: This speech communication system 1 for multiple dwelling housing is provided with an alarm monitoring panel 2 which is installed in a superintendent room B, etc., and where audible information from the security sensor of each dwelling unit C is inputted through a housing information panel 3 and which intensively performs monitoring and performs speech communication with each dwelling unit, transmits a calling signal including address data calling the panel 3 of a dwelling unit to be called and control data performing speech communication connection of the panel 3 of the dwelling unit to be called through a signal line 4 connecting between the panels 3 and the panel 2 and performs speech communication control from the panel 2. Detected information from the weather sensor detecting a physical quantity fluctuation related to weather of the rain sensor 6 or the like is transmitted to the panel 2 through the line 4, and the panel 2 notifies the panels 3 of weather fluctuations on the basis of the detected information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
