ASPHALT PAVEMENT METHOD FOR FILMING SURFACE WITH AQUEOUS RESIN SOLUTION AND ASPHALT PAVEMENT STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a clogging problem in open-graded type pavement by covering a pavement surface with a thin film, bonding functional materials to add a function, and reinforcing a pavement body. ;SOLUTION: In a pavement body comprising an aggregate 1, a filler and asphalt 2, having 10 to 40% of void (air gaps 3), and having 1×102 cm/see or more of a coefficient of permeability, functional materials 6 are put on a surface of the pavement body to film (a film 4) with an aqueous resin solution, and the thickness of the film is less than 0.1 mm. The aqueous resin solution consists of polyepoxide, or is obtained mixing a base compound part consisting of the polyepoxide and a monoepoxy reactive thinner, a curing agent component consisting of an amine compound partially neutralizing a denatured polyamine compound having a primary and/or secondary amino group obtained from a polyamine compound and an epoxide, and if necessary, additives for maintaining the curing agent component.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
