PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PHS exchange and a PHS terminal installed in facilities that easily attain centralized control of passing information. SOLUTION: The PHS exchange 1 is provided with an outgoing incoming call processing section 24 that adds a caller number to specify a PHS exchange to an incoming call for conducting setup processing in the case of using a common incoming call number 27 to object PHS terminals to apply incoming call processing to the PHS terminal 4. Furthermore, the outgoing incoming call processing section 24 applies call connection processing to an incoming call only in the case of a connection request by a caller number from the PHS terminal 4. The PHS terminal 4 is provided with an outgoing processing section 44 that makes a connection request while using the number added to the incoming call when the PHS exchange 1 gives the incoming call using a common incoming call number.
